Dispatch
Our current processing time for ‘ready to ship’ items is 1-3 working days from the day following your order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
The processing time for pre-order and custom items can be found on the product page.
When your order has been dispatched, a tracking number is automatically sent to the email provided at checkout.
If you have not received a tracking number after 3 business days from the day following your order placement, the following may be why; the email with your tracking number has been filtered into your junk folder, your order contains a pre-order item therefore will be dispatched when the pre-order item is available for dispatch or the incorrect email was provided at checkout
Shipping
We ship both within Australia & internationally.
All of our parcels are shipping from our warehouse in Embleton, Western Australia.
Within Australia
Orders of $100 or more within Australia receive FREE express shipping. Orders under $100 will cost $10 to ship by regular postage or $14 to ship by express postage.
Outside Australia
International shipping has a flat rate cost of $20.
All orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post.
All international parcels are shipped with Australia Post Standard Tracked International Post.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the length of time it takes for your parcel to arrive to you, especially at this time.
All orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post express postage or Australia Post Standard Tracked International Post for international orders.
Please note that Australia Post no longer offers 'next day guarantee' on their express service.
Pre-Orders & Custom Work
Please refer to the product listing of the product in question for the pre-order and custom order turn around time.
Adding To My Order
If you have not received a dispatch notification and it is within 6 hours of your initial order placement, you can add to you order.
Simply use the discount code ADD at checkout on your 2nd+ order to remove the additional shipping charge.
Please ensure you read the terms of use before proceeding.
We would love to allow you to add to your order however we first need to check the status of your order.

Local Pick Up
At the moment, we do not offer local pick up.
