Our current processing time for ‘ready to ship’ items is 1-5 working days from the day following your order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).

When your order has been dispatched, a tracking number is automatically sent to the email provided at checkout.
If you have not received a tracking number after 5 business days from the day following your order placement, the following may be why; the email with your tracking number has been filtered into your junk folder, your order contains a pre-order item therefore will be dispatched when the pre-order item is available for dispatch or the incorrect email was provided at checkout.
We ship both within Australia & internationally.
Orders of $100 or more within Australia receive FREE express shipping. Orders under $100 will cost $12 to ship via express postage.
International shipping has a flat rate cost of $17.
All orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post express postage.
All international parcels are shipped with Australia Post Standard Tracked International Post.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the length of time it takes for your parcel to arrive to you, especially at this time.

Please note that Cairns, QLD is located outside the 'next day guarantee' delivery so parcels will take 2+ days to arrive to their destination via express postage.
